Field	Attributes and Description
trafficRestriction	Field Type = Node. Repetition = 5. defines the traffic restrictions.
code	Field Type = Data Element. AlphaNumeric, minlen=1, maxlen=3, repetition=1. Traffic restriction code. For a list of valid codes, see codeset code.
